Neighbourhood

The 3rd arrondissement, which some people also call the "Haut Marais", is a lively neighborhood, which has become trendy and trendy in recent years. Art Galleries near Beaubourg, Museums in the area glued to the Marais, old and historic streets, pretty markets ... It is a district with many faces, very appreciated for its quality of life.

The rue des Francs-Bourgeois: The kingdom of Parisian fashionistas. The street is filled with boutiques of young designers. Whether for fashion or home decoration, you have to find something to buy!

The Marché des Enfants-Rouges: The meeting place for locals, you come from far and wide to stroll along its paths, which are brimming with fresh produce from France and elsewhere. There are many stands scattered everywhere you can eat. The place is very pleasant to do even in case of strong influences!

With its cobblestones, its old-fashioned benches and its innumerable terraces of restaurants and cafes, it's good to live on Place Sainte-Catherine. So charming and Parisian, we could spend the day, winter and summer. A moment of non-negligible escape!

The perfect place to conclude your walk in the Marais. A discreet oasis of more than 2000 square meters in the heart of Paris. There are fig trees, orange trees from Mexico among others. The garden is divided into three parts that each have their own atmosphere. Moreover, we advise you to access it by the courtyard of the House of Europe, hotel de Coulanges. You will have the feeling of sharing a secret that only locals know.

The surroundings of Carreau du Temple, a cultural space in its own right, are rich in original galleries. There is, for example, the Glénat Gallery, specializing in comics. Rue Saint-Gilles, we go to the Polka Gallery which highlights photography and especially photojournalism while Art: Concept, rue des Arquebusiers, focuses on modern art. The Owls is the right place to test in front of the Carreau du Temple. The setting is exceptional and its Eiffel style canopy leaves no marble. At the helm of the kitchen, top chef Wilfried Graux leads the dance. The dishes are well thought out and seasonal. The cooking is perfectly controlled and the seasonings just. We savor until the last crumb. Paris-Brest is the signature dessert of the house and we understand why.
